1. Lift the hood of the MF 245 and locate the reservoir for the hydraulic fluid.
2. Remove the filler cap and visually inspect the fluid level. Make sure the fluid level is correct.
3. Locate the two bleed screws on either side of the hydraulic pump.
4. Attach a hose to the bleed screw to lead the fluid out. Make sure the hose is higher than the pump to ensure a good flow.
5. Open the bleed screw by turning it counter-clockwise until you hear air bubbling out. When you hear a steady stream of fluid running out of the hose, close the bleed screw by turning it clockwise.
6. Remove the hose and replace the fill cap.
7. Start the engine and check the hydraulics. If they work normally, the bleeding process is complete.
