1. Place the Massey Ferguson 255 onto the jack stands and block the wheels so it cannot move.
2. Remove the rear housing cover.
3. Disconnect the lines to the oil filter and drain the oil pan.
4. Remove the belt that drives the fan and the pulley that holds the fan.
5. Remove the bolts and mount housing on left side of the clutch housing.
6. Remove the bolts from the clutch housing and remove the pressure plate.
7. Remove the pressure plate retainer, clutch plate, and diaphragm spring.
8. Remove the snap ring from the pressure plate and clean the pressure plate and retainer.
9. Install the new clutch pressure plate, pressure plate retainer, and clutch plate.
10. Re-install the diaphragm spring and snap ring.
11. Secure the mount housing and reinstall the fan’s belt and pulley.
12. Refill the oil pan with oil and re-connect the oil filter’s lines.
13. Reinstall the rear housing cover and lower the Massey Ferguson 255 onto the ground.
14. Dielectric greasing the rear housing and clutch assembly, and purge the air out of the clutch.
15. Test the Massey Ferguson 255 to make sure the new clutch is working properly.
