Answer: The transmission dipstick on a Massey Ferguson Model 65 tractor is located behind the left hand side cover panel, just to the left of where the operator sits. The dipstick can be accessed by removing the left side cover panel, which is held in place by four bolts located on the lower edge of the panel. Once the panel is removed, the dipstick handle will be visible. The dipstick will need to be pulled out and the fluid level checked. Be sure to keep the dipstick pointing in the same direction to avoid cross-contamination when handling the dipstick. If the transmission fluid is low, it can be filled with the correct type of transmission fluid.
