How To Drive A Massey Ferguson 135

1. Make sure to go through a pre-operational walk around the Massey Ferguson 135. Check all necessary fluids, battery levels, the radiator and hydraulic levels.

2. Climb into the driver’s seat and make sure the gears are in neutral and all levers are in their idle positions.

3. Press the ignition switch to turn on the engine, and then press the governor switch if it’s equipped with one.

4. Move the transmission into an appropriate gear for your speed and terrain.

5. Adjust the seat and the three-point hitch to a comfortable driving position.

6. Step on the clutch and gradually increase the accelerator until the appropriate speed is reached.

7. Use the clutch, accelerator and brakes in combination for smooth gear changes and maneuvering around obstacles.

8. If the Massey Ferguson 135 is equipped with an auxiliary hydraulics lever, use it to activate the three-point hitch, loader or other accessory.

9. When you’re done with your Massey Ferguson 135, press the ignition switch to shut off the engine and make sure the parking brake is set.
