How Does Massey Ferguson Rotary Combine Work

Massey Ferguson rotary combines use a header to cut the grain crop and the straw. The header is the cutting platform that moves across the field, directing the crop onto a stationary platform. The threshing and separating system takes over from there, using a rotor and concave to remove the grain from the straw. The rotor throws the grain onto a series of sieves, which seperate the grain from the straw. The straw and chaff are then expelled from the machine. The grain is then taken to a series of grain cleaners and elevators, to seperate any damaged or foreign material, and then delivered to the grain tank.
