A Red Massey Ferguson Diesel

The Red Massey Ferguson 175 is a two-cylinder, inline diesel engine tractor manufactured by Massey Ferguson between 1968 and 1975 in the United States. It was one of the most successful models of the Massey Ferguson line, and was the first tractor to be available in three different engine sizes: 2.2 liters (130 cu in), 2.5 liters (152 cu in), and 3.0 liters (182 cu in). The 2.2 liter engine was rated at 45 horsepower, while the 2.5 liter engine was rated at 59 horsepower and the 3.0 liter engine was rated at 68 horsepower. All three used a dry-type air cleaner with an engine-driven fan, and featured One-Touch 12-volt electrical systems. The Red Massey Ferguson 175 came standard with a six-speed transmission, power steering, and an adjustable front-axel suspension.
