1. Locate the bleed screw on the hydraulic pump. This is usually found on the lower left side of the pump.
2. Make sure the engine is turned off and that all attachments are disconnected from the tractor.
3. Place a shallow container beneath the bleed screw and open it up using a wrench.
4. Let the old oil drain out of the system into the container until no more oil is coming out.
5. Close the bleed screw and remove the container.
6. Check the hydraulic fluid level and add new hydraulic fluid as needed.
7. Start the engine to prime the pump and check for any leaks.
8. Test the hydraulic system by raising and lowering the lift arms two or three times.
9. Check for any leaks once more and adjust the fluid levels as needed.
