How To Drive A Massey Ferguson 35 Tractor

1. Read the owner’s manual to become familiar with the tractor and its components. Familiarizing yourself with the Massey Ferguson 35 will make the driving process easier and safer.

2. Start the engine by depressing the clutch pedal and turning the key.

3. Move the transmission lever to the desired gear to begin moving the tractor.

4. Push the left foot-pedal to engage the tractor’s clutch. This allows the transmission to change gears to move the vehicle forward or backward.

5. Accelerate the engine by pushing the accelerator located on the left of the steering wheel. The lever works like an automobile, pulling back to increase speed and pushing forward to decrease speed or to stop.

6. To stop the tractor, depress the clutch and put the transmission lever in neutral.
