The Massey Ferguson 35 is a multi-purpose agricultural and industrial tractor built by Massey Ferguson from 1960 to 1965. It was the first of Massey Ferguson’s red-lined series of tractors, and was powered by a diesel engine rated at 35 horsepower on the drawbar and 40 horsepower at the belt. The engine was a 3-cylinder Perkins A3.152, with a capacity of 1.526 litres and a rated speed of 2300 RPM. It was a 3-speed unit, with four-wheel drive as standard. A two-speed power take-off (PTO) of 540 and 1000 rpm was also available.
