When Was The First Massey Ferguson 135 Made

The first Massey Ferguson 135 tractor was introduced in 1964. This model was the replacement of the Massey Ferguson 35, which had been in production since 1957. The 135 was an upgrade of the 35, featuring a bigger engine and higher-spec components. It was available in three wheelbase lengths and initially powered by a diesel or petrol engine. The three-cylinder Perkins A4.318 engine was the most popular, producing 40hp. The 135 is considered by some to be the best-ever Massey Ferguson small tractor design and was in production until 1975.
