How To Operate A 1965 Massey Ferguson Tractor

1. Ensure that the tractor is parked on a level surface and the engine is off.
2. Disengage the clutch and the transmission by pulling out both levers.
3. Insert the ignition key into the ignition and turn it to the “on” position.
4. Prime the fuel pump by pushing the primer bulb until you feel resistance.
5. Pull the starter cable to engage the engine.
6. Push down the clutch and move the gear transmission to the desired position.
7. Engage the clutch and hold down the clutch to adjust your speed.
8. Steer the tractor using the steering wheel and adjust your speed as needed for the task at hand.
9. To stop, push down the clutch and move the gear transmission to the neutral position.
10. Disengage the clutch and pull both levers to shut the engine off.
